Multichronopic Use

RE: Multichronopic Use
Hello Jeffrey

In new Chronojump version 0.9.2, we just put a message that clarifies the different Chronopics using.

The message is something like:

All the tests are done always with first Chronopic (is considered main).
The MultiChronopic tests use 1st and the rest of Chronopics if desired and available.

What you want to do is NOT a MultiChronopic, because MultiChronopic means that one test uses more than one Chronopic at the same time.

The best you can do is:
1.- do the jumps with the different athletes (with 50ms)
2.- disconnect the chronopic of 50ms
3.- connect the 10ms (manage it on Chronopic window)
4.- do the run tests

On your version of Chronojump: 0.9.1, you should check that the 10ms Chronopic has been recognised on same port than de 50ms. This is kind of problematic. New version 0.9.2 (release planned for Jun 14 2010) does extra checks to know if your Chronopic is correctly detected, avoiding crash of the software on Chronopic changing.

Thanks for using the forum!
