I'm writing a paper on jumping performance and I'm struggling with the references of this Index. In Bosco (2002). La valutazione della forza con il test di bosco. Società Stampa Sportiva, Roma. he write only about CMJ-SJ, but in many papers you can find authors citing Bosco's papers regarding the computation of elastic index as follow: (CMJ-SJ)/(SJ)*100, but I'm starting to think that he has never written that formula. Maybe others authors use it only to report the result in percentage.
