Hello Nicola

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the inconvenience, we want a solid software and all the help is appreciated.
Unfortunately, the log you send us is not Ok. You have not followed the exact procedure in:

Help / Documents / chronojump_crash.pdf

It seems that the log you sent us corresponds to opening Chronojump when Chronojump is already opened.

I have done several tests trying to reproduce your error without luck, but Xavier Padullés will try it further this week.

Let me ask a question: It crash to you everytime you try do do this test, or it crashed one time and you cannot reproduce it (make it crash again) ?

Thanks again, if it crashes for us or if you or other user sends us a valid log, then we will fix it fast.

Cheers.

RE: Chronojump 1.4.9
Hello again.

Maybe your USB cable is not Ok.

Check if Chronopic lights change On/Off when you touch it a little bit. They are NOT supposed to change when cable is touched.
