On this thread we want to report some of the tasks we are currently doing. After 6 months of no new Chronojump releases, you should know what we are doing:

Software development tasks

• Coding the webcam support for recording tests in Chronojump, this will be nice useful for recording jumps at 25 fps and to make athletes photos. (Andoni)
• Translating Firmware from assembler to C. This will allow to add new features to Chronopic. (Wade)
• Inalambric extension for Chronopic (link on Spanish). (Berto)
• Adding auto-detection of ports on Windows. (Andoni)
• Adding some features to the software. (Xavi)
  

Other tasks:

• Creating a website to share news from free software projects in sports. (Xavi)
• Writing two articles: one on the validation of the knee bending angle prior to jump without markers, and another about sharing jump data on athletics. (Xavi)
• Translating manual to English. (Helena)
