How to start Bosco repetitive jump test?
Hello!
For me it is unclear how to start Bosco 60 sec (or 15 sec) anaerobic jump test - outside the mat or inside the mat?
Starting outside the mat ads additional jump(s). Besides this there will be differences in contact times.

It would be nice to include these tests in chronjump software by default.
