Wellcome
Hello all,
Hope to read you soon
We suggest all of you to participate on this forum area. It’s going to be interesting to discuss among training issues related to Chronojump Boscosystem technology. Let’s write some ideas or questions, for example about which kind of information we can extract from Chronojump to be useful for our training process, the moment to introduce tests during the season, compare results or anything. |

RE: Wellcome
In Josep Ma Padullés PhD Thesis, page 354, I found the "(CMJ-SJ) /SJ" formula and a reference to Bosco 1986 but sadly this is not referenced on the bibliography by mistake.

Hello, I think it's 1983, and it's one of these articles: Bosco, C., Luhtanen, P. y Komi, P.V. (1983). A simple method for measurement of mechanical power in jumping. En: European Journal Applied Physiology Occupational Physiology 51(3), págs. 357-364. doi: 10.1007/BF00422166. Bosco, C. y col. (1983). Mechanical power test and fiber composition of human leg extensor muscles. En: Eur J Appl Physiol Occup Physiol 51.1, págs. 129-35. doi: 10.1007/BF00952545. I bet for the second. Cheers. |
