Hello Nicola, this is the status of the different translations of Chronojump:

As you can see, sadly there's no italian translation of the software.
Also make an Italian translation of the manual is lot of work
You can contact the GNOME Italian translators team:
https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/it/
and ask them if they have plans on translating our software.
