student po ako sa UP Diliman.may problem ung chronojump sa computer ko.gumagana ung mga port pero kapag aapakan mo na hindi niya nade-detect ung platform.pano po ba yun?
subukan mong ilipat yung port setting sa COM 1 o COM 2..

Hello Jeff, please be more descriptive and separate the problem because it can be LOTS of things.
the problem is the Chronojump software is not loading?
I assume is well installed.
Don't play with ports, platforms or chronopics now and we try to focuss the problem in the software.
Try to go to c:\program files\chronojump\ and open chronojump software
Of course if this happen to your friend, it happens to more people, then we need to go step by step in order to fix the problem.
When you anwer me this, I will tell you what to try

sorry for the late reply. I'll try to raise this issue to my students. As of the moment, they managed to successfully load chronojump by re-installing the software from different sources (e.g. download, another usb). i'll let you know as soon as possible once we encountered similar problem. Thank you
